Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order with utmost care, accurately and on time in good condition thru reputed courier agencies. 

 

Our packaging does not have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere you want to.  It can be your place of work too.

 

For an order above Rs.750, shipping is absolutely free if you pay in advance (not applicable for cash on delivery purchases).

 

For orders below Rs.750, there is a nominal fee charged for delivery. 

 

For cash on delivery orders a nominal amount is charged.

 

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

 

We ship your orders within 2-3 working days of order placement. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 3-5 working days in major cities and 5 to 12 days for other location. You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery.

 

In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in case of Cash on Delivery payment, or full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments.

 

We currently deliver to most of the parts within India.

 

We ship items within 2-3 working days of order placement.  However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers.

 

In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 15 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

 

We will always try to ship all items in your order together.  However, sometimes due to product availability or specifications it may not be possible. 

 

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and inform our Customer Care or email us at customercare@myfashionkart.com, mentioning your order number.  We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

 

Please note all items and these include gifts also will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

 

We use the services of India-Post for deliveries.  In case a Cash-on-Delivery order is shipped through VPP service of India Post, then India Post might levy an additional charge of 5% of invoice value which will be collected by the local post-office representative at the time of delivery.

 

If for any reason we have to cancel any order, you will not be charged for the particular order.  If you have already made the payment thru debit or credit card, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount to you by us.  The credit to your account depends on the particular bank’s processing time.
